How long does the photography session take?
Our HDR photography process is far advanced than the flash photography process used in the industry. In comparison, flash photography only takes one standard resolution image. In contrast, our HDR real estate photography process takes up to seven (7) full-resolution images. We then edit and compile it into an HDR image optimized for MLS or REW.
We require a minimum of one (1) hour to capture on the project site to capture the photos.
How long does the Matterport 3D Virtual Tour for real estate take?
Our Matterport 3D Virtual Tour takes up to one (1) hour to capture apartments and two-level houses. Processing a Matterport 3D Virtual Tour can take anywhere from twelve (12) to twenty-four (24) hours available completion from the project site.
A draft will be made available within twelve (12) hours if needed.
How much advance notice is required to book a real estate photography session for a real estate listing?
Although we may accommodate same-day appointments depending on our availability, we appreciate and welcome real estate photography bookings requested as early as possible to reserve a spot safely.
Typically, our real estate agents book us three (3) to five (5) days in advance.
What is the turnaround time?
Our turnaround time is a maximum of forty-eight (48) hours from the completion of the visit.
If you are in a rush to have your photos and virtual tours ready as quickly as possible, please select rush order at the time of your booking.
Are the photo gallery and panorama tours compatible with smart phones?
Yes, all of our HDR real estate photography is compatible with smartphones. Our Matterport 3D Virtual Tours are also compatible with smartphones but having a larger screen increases the viewing experience.
What form of payment you accept?
We all different types of payments including: Cash, Interac e-Transfer, PayPal, BitCoin, Ethereum, Visa, Master Card
What are your terms for payment?
All of our services require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure a timeslot. Although we don't require a 100% payment upfront, most of our clients trust us and our services and typically pay for their packages upfront.
Note: Draft items will contain water markings removed when the final payments have been processed.
If required, we can set up a payment plan; we charge a 9.99% interest compounded monthly.

Can i provide you the property key / lock box number?
Due to safety and security reasons, we require someone, either the owner or realtor or assistant, to be present during the real estate photography session.
